As the above states this is how T-Mobile have left me feeling about the service that they now provide. Does anyone care at T-Mobile about customer satisfaction? I think not. Endless waiting to speak to someone who always wants to pass the buck to the point where they just end the call. Waited in all day yesterday for my phone and when calling to find out where it is no one has answers. You can almost hear them smirking. Well I am smirking now as after 11 years of this I am off!!!
