first of all tmoblie have mistaken my contract for an iphone contract which has been costing me 50 pounds instead of my 20 pound contract secondly all three of my kids 20 pound contracts were 30 pounds instead of 20 pounds tmobile claimed this was a system error
thirdly i insure ever one of our phones with tmobile and my son being a boy damged his and we told tmobile the general reason and the broken phone but didnt not believe us and said we had damaged the phone on purpouse to get a new one so that was 20 pounds a month ( each phone was 5 pounds a month to insure) wasted
finally 2 weeks ago i ordered new upgrades and was told the phones would be with us in two days well geuss what still not here

i do not recommend tmobile or orange to anyone (orange run tmobile)
