The worst customer service,they should train them so they can know what to do.I upgraded the old phone and new one(Nokia Lumia)comes with totally different sim card so i couldnt use the old sim card in the new phone.Of course all they have to do it in the store is to activate the new sim card but they didnt.I called customer service,going from one to another customer representative finally reach the activation service and believe it or not after she(some lady with broken English)took all my information(3ppl before her asked me the same question)and i explained to her that all i need is to activate the new sim card and to have the same number,she was after aaaa,uuuu,oooo dont know how to do ill transfer your call to somebody else and she told me is it anything else i can do for you today?I was shocked couldnt believe it.Wouldnt recommend tmobile to anybody as soon my contract expired ill finish with them forever and many ppl with me too
