“Reliance postpaid connection not active after 1&1/2 months”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Mangesh on 18/03/2013

Hello This is Mangesh Dere from Saint-Gobain. I have taken a reliance postpaid connection(corporate connection) on Feb 13. It takes a month to activate the card in between that I have submitted my documents twice because first time they sent a newcomer guy to collect the documents. On 11 march the connection gets active but after 3 days again the card is inactive, regarding that I called reliance customer care, they told me that the documents verification is negative, so I called [name removed] who send me the offer about this card, He told me that he will give me details about this blocking and he'll start the services again, but now he is not picking up my calls and I am not able to communicate with him, this is not the right way to treat the customers. I am really very disappointed with the service of reliance. Please look into this matter ASAP. The response of the people from reliance is very bad. They are not giving any feedback but when I called them they just ignore the call.

“HI to All ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Aditya Gupta on 14/03/2011

HI to All

I have Airtel with 2 Mbps speed and it comes exact all times in Yamuna Vihar Delhi. Thanks to them. I enquired them for higher but they do not have in my area.
I approached RELIANCE for same and they promised Galaxy plan with 20 MBPS AND data usage 20 GB per month (Rs 3000 per month plan)
ANY HOW I managed with BEGING the connection in ten working days( they claim 5 to 7 working days- ONLY 3 DAYS LATE BY THEIR PROMISE?)

I get 6 mbps in day time 6 am and by 12 and at 6 pm they speed comes down to 3 MBPS. Last week I lodged the complaint immediately with NO 148 769 461 to Hitesh in Reliance Customer care. He promised to resolve the issue in one day. None called and did nothing but next day INTERESTING TO KNOW THEY MENTIONED IN THE SYSTEM THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED? ?? ???

Sir what is this service called from Reliance. Do you want to say this service something else..
THE phone numbers of their Nodal officers are busy at night 12-I did try the whole day.
Name it and I will appreciate like .

“Technology is too good to handle the load of future...”

Technology is too good to handle the load of future (Voice & data). GSM can never compete with this and will fail in next decade as lots of people are getting educated and need data (Internet) on the go, with fast speed. There is some limitation in GSM as primarily, this network is voice, whereas CDMA is designed for data only and voice has to be converted in data and then it transmit. One more thing CDMA doesn't lose packet, where as in GSM, voice breaking is there.
