I am on a sim only plan and I knew I was charged for calls to Orange voicemail, so I decided to set up a pin number from my landline to access voicemail. Guess what? I was getting charged also on the mobile for calls I made from my home phone number. When I realised that, I called Orange customer services as it's not fair to be charged for calls not made from mobile, and I was promised a refund plus free voicemail service. After about 2 months, still no money in my account and not sure about free voicemail. I called back and I was told there was no reference whatsoever of my call, so the advisor took note again and said that the refund would be processed in my next bill in May 2015. As far as free voicemail there was none activated and if I wanted it I needed to pay for an upgrade. I am just waiting for the refund and then change provider.
