1st attempt of getting a pak code (25/11/14) after 30mins of being pushed from one department to another I get told there system is down and to call back tomorrow. I called back (26/11/14) to again to pushed from pillar to post and after 38 minutes they cut me off
This feels like going back in time to the 1980s when trying to contact the local cable company
