Be very aware, Orange is very poor re phone security and customer service, as their CS is mainly Indian based with very poor language skills, which the fraudsters leverage. Orange enabled/allowed a transfer of my contracted SIM twice in 10 days without my permission, even when we put a fraud warning note on the account after the first event. So when the CS guy did it again, in less than 10 days, they tried to hit my bank via phone banking and internet, all thanks to Orange!
I complained to the CS director Tony Green, and the exec, but they are just not interested in their customers at all, and fobbed me off as it was not important to them.
Just DO NOT USE ORANGE, ever, (written in Aug 2012) they are a dying brand and their Customer Service is a huge weak spot for them, and a very real risk for us the users, contractor not.
Fraudsters love them for the reasons I said above. you have been warned!
