I was promised by 3 orange service agents and 1 manager that my incorrect bill would be corrected. They have charged me for data timing that they admit wasn't used. Was it changed? No what they did do was add even more money onto the incorrect bill. Orange are unbelievable my next Phone call is to ofcom the regulators. How can orange promise me my bill is sorted when it hasn't been. I'm so upset with orange and cannot wait to leave them.
