I have tried to cancel my contract with Orange 3 times with no success until I receive a letter 2 days ago with the cancellation date confirmed.
Their customer service is dreadful both in the shops and on the phone plus if you email to make a complaint they never get back to you.
I good offer a litany of problems but honestly I just want to be rid of them.
VERY VERY BAD WITH NO CARE OR INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS.
