Stupid!!!

I've had the iPhone 4s for 4 days now and they haven't register me yet I rang Carphone warehouse and they told me to go into the shop the next day so I did and they said that orange are have having problems with registering people so they said come back in 24 hours if it still hasn't come on which it never but I was unable to go into the shop as I have a life too but I rang them and the lady was helpful but not enough she rang orange and said that they had found my details but then she said they couldn't find the agreement and that it must be with loads of others so I said that I will go into the shop she gae me a code so that thu would see what they need to do but then he wanted to exchange the phone which I had special picture on it not backed up so I had to say no but he rang the orange office and they told him to look on the site which said they have had problems and that they have sorted it hit they are going through the back log but I'm sick of going backward and forwards I said that I wouldn't go through Carphone ware house to prange again but now I'm not gonna even consider them both. They don't even know what they are doing !!!!!!
