I have been an Orange customer for some 12 years plus. I now find that voicemail messages can only be held for up to 7 days and then they are automatically removed even if you save them. You have not even got the option to listen to voicemail again and save for a further 7 days. This severely affects my company operations, as clearly I must keep some voicemails for longer than 7 days. Their website states voicemails are kept for 21 days, but this is not the case. I find it quite incredible that Orange have done this without formally notifying customers. Needless to say their customer services on planet India, are not fit for purpose.

If anyone has any information on how I might overcome this problem, I would be very appreciative.
