I was with Orange for a few years was happy overall but ran in to problems when I made a change to a pay monthly canary contract. Customer service was abominable, was told monthly to "wait for the next bill" , any way long story short I requested pac code and moved to 3. Got a high final bill, to my shock £23.47 of the bill was for "porting out", i.e. using my pac code before giving 30 days notice. OFCOM rules state companies have discretion on this up to a max of £35, so Orange was within its rights but beware erratic billing and a sting in the tail, also they are rude and very confusing to talk to.
