THe customer service at Orange is positively one of the worst I have ever experienced. Sad to say the service from the call centres outside the country is better then the ones at home. They are rude, unhelpful, do not listen and haven't got an idea about customer service.
Be warned if you are coming to the end of your contract and want to keep your number it becomes complicated. Asking for a pac code is not the same as asking for a disconnection.
I phoned them to cancel my contract and asked for a pac code at the same time. I didn't end up using the pac code in time and they also did not disconnect my line. When I phone them a few days after the month had pass, they informed me that i had to give another months notice. This is not the first time this has happened and my previous experience with another contract was even worse.
I would never ever give them my business again. The attitude was shocking, when I asked for a supervisor, I as told they would call me in the next 72 hours, still waiting. The customer service is a disgrace and ensure you cancel your policy 30 days prior the end of your contract.
Orange is easily the worst mobile no sorry worst company I have ever had to deal with. Stay away
