My sim only contract...

Despite having a good deal i was CONSTANTLY over charged every month by at least £10-£20
They have SHOCKING customer services... After calling them up to discuss the over charged bills they were more than unhelpful.
As the contract is in my fathers name they need his permission to discuss anything...fair enough right? they said it has been noted down and they wouldn't need his permission again, but this was the 4-5th time i had called them over the space of a few months and not once did they take note and had me give them my fathers number each time for them to hassle him again.
One person who answered was too difficult to undwerstand with their strong accent and wouldnt change person i was talking to so i had to hang up and try again.
As for the over payments i tried to explain to one woman that my bill should be £10.50 so why had i been charged £26.83 and she just argued saying my bill was £26.83. i was very clear in saying i know how much i was charged but i SHOULD be paying no more than £10.50, she continued saying my bill was £26.83. Result?...i hung up.
The last time i contacted them they refused to talk to me again and would only talk to my father. they called him, and he made sure they knew how pi*sed he was they kept doing that. And by the time they sorted it and got back to me to discuss bills, i had enough. Cancelled contract.
I get a much better deal from a pay as u go sim.
Go on Orange if u want but i only have one thing to say to them...
