I've been with Orange for about 12 years. They used to be good and had a reasonable customer service dept.
Sadly no longer the case. I've had quite a few things go wrong with them recently, to them mucking up my bills and when they offered to send me a copy of a previous bill, they then charged me for the copy - this was not mentioned at the time.
More recently them taking down a mast in my local area, meaning I do not get a signal inside or outside the house. To find out this information it took 11 phone calls and a few hours to various muppets who want to blame everything on you. I had my sim being blamed, any local building works to even leaves on the tree's coming out. They actually dont listen to a word you say, even though my signal disappeared overnight. Oh, and when things got too difficult, or I asked to talk to a supervisor, the call was mysteriously cut off.
Tried today to cancel the contract, just 4 months to go, as am tired of paying out for no service, and I was told no.
Please do yourself a favour, do not sign up with Orange. They've been rubbish for some years, and I promise you that your hair will turn grey talking to customer services. They do not care, they will try and make money at every turn. You pay for paper bills, not having it direct debt, and anything else they can think of they will charge you for.
Its really not a bright future to go with them.
