I live in switzerland and I have an Iphone with Orange, I pay a certain amount per month.
I have been with Orange for now 4 years, I had no problems perviously with my 3G Iphone, however since I have had my iphone 4 I have been experiencing constant problems with the connection. I live in the center on Geneva and I have "no service" in the center on town. At my school, the connection is inexistent or im automatically set to the french Orange network "Orange F".
I have been complaining for the past 2 years and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! I have sent handwritten letters to the director (advised by Orange) and Im still waiting for a response.
My bills are always higher than they should be because of the automatic switching network to a foreign connection, nothing haas been sorted out for this either!
I have repeatedly received pills up to 800frs when traveling abroad because of the data roaming (which switched on automatically). After emailing them, of course the answer, like always was "we are sorry, we can do nothing".
This has gone up to the point I have threatened Orange my complains would go to my lawyer, since I have told them, they have somehow started to make more effort, HOWEVER I still live day by day with no connection and a constant "no service detected" massage popping up!

I completely agree with this comment seeing how I have been witness to her misfortune. Many times I have had to lend her MY phone (which had a better server) because Ornage wouldnt allow her to contact anyone. Who's going to pay me back for all those calls, huh?
