After being a customer for 3 years, I was relatively happy with my service, I am on Pay as you go afterall. Today, sadly I got a phone call from their customer services. They began by telling me about their new tariffs, they said there is a cheaper one. When asked whether this is still pay as you go, the lady said yes. However, she wanted a credit check performed. I refused as I realised she was trying to mislead me in to a contract. She got very nasty, so in response I am leaving Orange. Beware of them!
