If you want to try to create an online account then forget it! I have just spent one and a half hours trying to get a security code. The only way I could find to speak to a person and not a recorded message was to press the button for my contract coming to an end (funny how they want to talk to you if you may be leaving their company)
The first security code that was texted through to me didn't work so I called their help centre. I was told that this often happens and that I would need to wait four days before I could try again. When I asked to speak to the person's line manager I was told that they had gone (despite them telling me that they had just spoken to them). I asked again to speak to someone else and they put the phone down on me!
So much for being a new Orange customer...
