I thought Ryanair were masters of sharp practice until I discovered Orange mobile. How is it possible or legitimate that a company can charge you £20 per month to buy 400 minutes (and get a free phone), however, if you go over this the cost for the next 400 is £250!
When you contact customer services you don’t get a response for 14 days...when I accidentally labelled it a sales enquiry they called within an hour.
This is a business without ethics only interested in ripping off their customers for short term gain...buyer beware
