Orange took payment for my bill twice, 2 payments of £40 each. I rang and was assured this would be taken from my next bill. I accepted this even though it left me £40 short for the current month.
The next month came and i was billed again! Orange still owed me £40.00. I telephoned and they advised I was going to be sent a cheque? I told them no, it was supposed to have came off my bill but could they please send me the cheque now. Orange advised it would take up to 10 days to arrive.
12 days later still no cheque. I telephoned and was told there was no cheque sent they would this would be taken from my bill!!
I said no way was i happy with this, I asked why the checque hadnt been sent and the advisor informed me the cheque must have got 'lost in his mind' referrering to the previous advisor i had spoken to.
What a joke.
I told them no way was i having it taken off my bill as this had been promised and never happened and she said she would send me a cheque today. I asked this current advisors name and she said 'jobi - like in the bible' ??? I found this rather patrnoising as i certinaly have never read the bible and do not expect to be preached on from an ORANGE customer service advisor whilst phoning to make a complaint!!
I thought about this for the afternoon and rang to complain. My complaint re advisors was 100% ignored however they did do an automatic refund to my account! Why could they not have done this in the first place?
