I ran up a massive bill when I was away in New York, was my own fault as I didnt do anything they told me to do before I went, like turning my roaming off. However, I called them when I got back to see how I could pay this bill and had the most helpfull man on the other line, reduced my bill by over half and was very helpful with providing me information about what to do on my next trip. Would recommend to any new customers.

HaHa You must be an Orange Employee! What a joke, my internet does not work in my house or on my i-phone when it's in the house. I can't get a refund or cancel the contracts without paying a get out fee. Have been called a liar by staff, hung up on, had staff been rude to me etc. So now I'm paying for a service I can't use. Have no idea how you got any money back without any fight at all!
