I had cause to contact orange about 1 of the 3 contract I am responsible for. We had been getting abuse calls.
They appeared to help by saying they could change the number immediately before i agreed I asked if they could also change the magic numbers as 2 of the 3 phone are linked. YES the lady said
I agreed to the change. the new phone number was fine. I gave the lady mu number as she asked to change the other phones old number to the new one under my magic numbers.
Job done I thought. No I got a bill for £74.00 approx she had not done that so I had been charged for all the calls to my partners phone! I rang orange and again was told they would change it immediately. I checked 2 days later when I was home and able to do so no not done.
I then did it myself as I cant trust orange to do what they say. Again after ages of ringing them complained and told them I wanted my money back its their error. what is worse is the account is made up to the first of each money and they take money on the 16th So I am well into a 2nd month with this error. More money.
Well I emailed them Monday it bounced back as they were too busy it said so I resent it Tuesday. No reply yet. My complaint heading says no reply no money!
They will not get a penny from me until they reply.
And I will be moving all 3 contracts asap. I have been with them over 10 years so totally discusted!
