I'm on contract, unlimited texts, 300 mins etc... I used my minutes up, app at 1:06am, which was when i wasnt even awake for! Then i made a phone call not long after that which lasted around several minutes to a friend on O2 network. This should have cost around 35p per minute... Later found out i now owe Orange £94.79.. just for these several extra mintues! Its ridiculous! I didn't even get a warning when my minutes ran out which i should, by law, have recieved. I then texted 'bundles' to 450, just to double check my minutes etc... it then said i only had a 200 min allowance when i should have had 300.. So im getting one hundred less minutes than i originally signed up for and the fact i went over by seven minutes, i owe Orange £94.79 ... its stupid!
