I have used this provider for 11 years since the age of 16, but I have just tried to upgrade my phone, and had the worst experience ever!! They have taken £200 from my account, but yet have no record of it, nor any news of my upgrade and still no phone. I have been trying to resolve for 2 weeks and getting no where. So dissapointed, and clearly my customer loyalty means nothing. seriously considering moving to another company, as I have just been round and round in circles, with each customer services agent feeding me a different line every time!! My patience has really worn thin! If I could have marked zero I would, but as I can't I given them a 1!
