I have been with Orange for 12 years and the last 12 months have been difficult. Their prices have started to creep up with no warning, their statement have disappeared and you cannot get onto the website to download them so you the only way you know what you have spent is when the money leaves your accounts every month.
However, the reason that tipped me over the edge was when I came to upgrade my phone, I spent 40 mins going through the new phone, package, etc. only to find out that the deal did not exist and subsequently the order was never entered on their system. I found this out when I called 1 week later to find out where my phone was only to be told that no order had been placed. When I tried to make a complaint they didn't care.
I now have my PAC code and will see if some can do better than Orange.
Shame as they used to be very good.
