We've had a pay as you go phone since early May which we have been able to use only a few days. When we called to top it off, they charged my credit card then barred it. The customer service representatives are of absolutely no assistance. One tells me that the phone is not barred. Another says its barred because of the address. Another says it's because Fraud can not read my fax. I never sent a fax. Are we even talking about the correct account? I just want to be able to use the cell phone service that I have paid for. The service reps say that Fraud is the only department that can un-bar a phone. However, the Fraud deparment does not speak to customers. How can this be resolved? Orange has charged my credit card...taken my money...and barred the phone. I would never ever recommend these clowns to anyone. After reading some of these other reviews, I don't understand how they can stay in business. I can't even talk about the service cause the phone was not usable long enough to tell.
