Very surprised people have given so many negative reviews but it's human nature to complain rather than praise. I wanted to address the balance by giving Orange a thumbs up.

They aren't perfect (NONE OF THEM ARE) some people will be unlucky and have many problems, others will never have any. I fall in the middle with a few niggles (like Orange Swapables) but they have been sorted out to my satisfaction and I have received credits on my account as goodwill gestures on a couple of ocassions. I have been an Orange customer for about 5 yrs and tried the others (O2 being the worst)

The range of handsets is good and competitive, the tariffs are on par and the extras such as Orange Wednesdays, magic numbers and Swapables are really worth having.

You will never get perfection but I believe Orange is one of the better providers out there.
