“Idiots”

I was on contract with orange and paid £30 a month for 600 minutes and unlimited texts after a few months I got a ridiculous bill of £500 saying I'd used 2500 minutes in a month (I hate talking on the phone so this is impossible) Anyway I rang the network and asked for a bill to be sent out and after several months no bill was sent so I chased it up and asked again for a bill to this day I haven't been sent a bill yet they've raised the bill to £1,127 I am furious!! They can whistle for their money.

You must have been hacked or scammed! £1,127 is absurd. Even Orange must realise that something must be wrong there. try OFCOM if Orange prove too unhelpful.
