my phone has been stuck on emergency calls for 2 days , i went into the orange shop in the westfield centre derby after waiting 15 mins to be served the guy did everything to the phone that i had done eg taking the battery out and the sim card i also reset factory settings to try and retify the prob he came to the conclusion that it was the phone that was broke hmm give him a pat on the back . they looked at my contract and told me the phone a htc wildfire was still under warranty but i had to send it back myself and that i could buy a pay as you go phone to put my sim card in while the phone was away being repaired and i could only buy the phone with at least 10 pounds top up hmm what on earth am i paying a contract for . i decided to leave it and i then went into the car phone warehouse i explained my situation and the guy in there called carl could not have been more helpful bearing in mind i dont even have a contract with them he packed my phone up and sent it back to htc plus he did all the paper work he then put my sim card into a spare nokia to let me use while mine was away why on earth couldnt orange do this for me . I know when my contract ends i will never go into another orange shop ever again carphone warehouse here i come .
