Apalling customer service. Took newly purchased phone back to shop to get two minor problems sorted. Told they couldn't fix them as they were features of phone. Wrong. Argued in vain. Took phone to Carphone warehouse techies who sorted it in 30 seconds. Returned to Orange store to voice displeasure, told staff were not techically trained and didn't know how to solve problems because there were so many mobile phones on market. I was told to Google problems to sort them! Complained to Orange CEO Olaf Swantee via e-mail. Just ignored. Thank God I am on payg and can switch networks.
