“Fraudulent customer sales”

I was mis sold a bundle of photo messages which I was entitled to. After finding out I decided to leave orange at the end of my contract. They never put in my requests to unlock the phone which now belonged to me. This meant I was without a phone for 3 weeks.
Crooks and chancers don't go near orange, try a new network who care about customer service.
