I DROPPED MY PHONE DOWN THE TOILET AND NEEDED A NEW PHONE. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS UNABLE TO DO SO FOR A WEEK CONSIDERING I WAS AWAY. AS I CALLED UP A WEEK LATER, THE WOMAN TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY £71 EXCESS AS I DIDN'T CALL UP WITHIN 48 HOURS, YET I HAVE STILL BEEN PAYING £6 A MONTH INSURANCE, ALTHOUGH ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS. I ASKED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, BUT TO LEAVE THIS AWFUL COMPANY IT WILL COST ME £270 FOR ORANGE TO SIT ON THEIR ARSES. WHAT A DISGRACE, THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM THEY SEND YOU THROUGH TO INDIA WHERE NONE OF YOUR REQUESTS ARE RECORDED. THIS IS DISGUSTING. I AM COUNTING DOWN THE MONTHS TO LEAVE THIS MOBILE CONTRACT. NO WONDER BUSINESS CONFIDENCE IS LOW, EXPENSIVE, USELESS, LAZY ORANGE TAKING LARGE PROFITS AND NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. - IF YOU (ORANGE) CARE, CONTACT ME BACK FIRST AND I WILL GIVE YOU CONTACT DETAILS.
