Orange provide no signal in the St Pancras area between around 6pm - 7:30pm and have not done so for the last few months. Calling customer service to remonstrate with them about this inconvenient aspect of their "service" you find that at no point does their automated options list customer service, cancellations, problems with signal etc but instead runs you through a long list of irrelevant rubbish. Selecting sales results in a fairly speedy response then further delay as you are routed to the proper department. Common procedure then seems to be to attempt to baffle the customer with technological complexity. I have been told to change settings back and forth all to no avail. Each time you revisit customer services they attempt to try this trick on you. Attempts to cancel contract are met with stonewalling that would impress a west country master mason. Thoroughly fed up.
