I gave my teenage daughter an orange contract and the bills were sky high. I wish I had known they charge what they like if you go over the minutes. Is there no regulation for mobile companies? I then found I was locked out of the account, so I phoned repeatedly, and was told they would send a text message of the new account number. No text came. I foolishly renewed the contract before I discovered how sky high the latest bills were. I wish I had done the sensible thing with a pay as you go. One of the sales women were very nice, but still I was upset by the terrible service and astronomical bills.
