i'm sick and tired of having to rick up customer service, who bearing in mind seem to have no regard to my situation what so ever! In one day I have had to deal with over 3 customer service staff. Before my blackberry services have run out, neither did I get a conformation text concerning the fact my blackberry services will shut off in a certain amount of time. Once ringing them deducting 25p which they claim to be a 'one of', however. Another issue with this is that, even if the customer servers are closed or having difficulty getting in touch with their customers THEY STILL DEDUCT THAT 25P FOR NO REASON!
Anyways, the woman was incredibly rude over the phone. I've never felt so unsatisfied with their service as I have today. Not only did they make me top up ANOTHER £5.00 to secure my services I have been waiting since 12.00pm for them to come through and is now nearly 9:30. I haven't felt SO strongly about moving to a network where they cater their customers needs adequately, but ensure that their customers are aware of what is going on with THEIR OWN MOBILE DEVICE!!!!
