From the Upgrade Department:
Rob (Operating Customer Sales Advisor) - Liar.
Nicola (Operating Customer Sales Advisor) - EXTREMELY RUDE, liar. She also likes to hang the phone up.


From The Mobile phone queries department:
Gillian (Operating Customer Service Advisor) - very rude.


WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE MONTH GOES TO NICOLA!
