Hi, I made the mistake of buying my iphone4 from orange. I had had the phone for over a year on pay as you go. Problem came when I wanted to use another sim and network. I asked for the unlock code on the 6th Jan and it is now Feb 24th and still no unlock. Orange customer serivces act as a barrier to sorting anything out. Reminds me of when I had orange broadband at work for 3 years ans then one days bang, the acount was deleted and they had no record of me. I signed up with another broadband provider and have been ok since. Orange customer services were a complete joke over that as well. If you have any sense dont buy anything from orange, if it goes wrong you will never sought it out!!!!!!'m
