I have an HTC desire s and have had nothing but problems with it. I have just asked for a replacement phone and are charging £200 for a replacement just after 4 months. Another issue I have with them is that they are incresing the price of my contract from January. Although it is a small increase per month it will add up. I also think that the principle of them raising the price mid-contract is unnecessary. Before I made my purchase I would have liked to know that they could increase my contract as if I had known that I would definitely have chosen o2 over them. Orange cover is also expensive at £6 a month. I get cover through work and they said this did not cover the problem. I am know waiting until my contract expires and will move to a provider that have respect for their customers.
