I like the GO-SIM service very much. It's cheap for calls, texts and Bob Connolly LIKES GO-SIM very much. It's cheap for calls, texts and data and works flawlessly.data and works flawlessly. So far, all of the claims by the provider have been met. It is a pre-paid service so it' difficult to see unexpected costs arising.

All I wanted was a change in SIM card, from an iphone 4 to fit a iphone 5. I attended 2 EE shops who said they didnt have the SIM and would charge me if they did. Asked me to call directly and they will send it to me straight away free of charge. Its been more than 3 weeks and I still havent received my SIM. I called up 3 times, 2nd time I called after waiting a wk they said they needed to charge me despite saying earlier that they have sent it to me, I had another problem with how they had billed me, again they said they will refund but only until I called again due to not receiving the credit did they react. I finally got my SIM to which my disappointment was not the correct one! The customer service was rude and quite frankly didn't know what they were talking about. Don't understand how they can claim to be Britain's most advanced communications company when they can't even send out the right SIM card!

So pleased with the service provided by Go-Sim I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and found them to be the cheapest and had the best priced calls. Yet to use overseas but other reviews show that the reception is good and easy to connect. Will return and recommend!

Bought a phone and card for kids to travel to Europe. Great product and reasonable price.

It's too early to tell, but so far, I'm happy to have this phone with me everywhere I go! Will see after the international trip! I especially like the Travel Journal.

Got Orange PAYG sim from flyer offers on internet. They recomended top up by £10 to get £5 credit. Credit wasn't given after Four weeks had passed. Contacted PAYG customer services (somewhere in this world except UK) half a dozen times, kept coming up with excuses. Don't go for this Top up with £10 we'll give you £5. Waste of time, contacting their Internation staff who are trained trying to find excuses not to give £5 credit.
