All I wanted was a change in SIM card, from an iphone 4 to fit a iphone 5. I attended 2 EE shops who said they didnt have the SIM and would charge me if they did. Asked me to call directly and they will send it to me straight away free of charge. Its been more than 3 weeks and I still havent received my SIM. I called up 3 times, 2nd time I called after waiting a wk they said they needed to charge me despite saying earlier that they have sent it to me, I had another problem with how they had billed me, again they said they will refund but only until I called again due to not receiving the credit did they react. I finally got my SIM to which my disappointment was not the correct one! The customer service was rude and quite frankly didn't know what they were talking about.

Don't understand how they can claim to be Britain's most advanced communications company when they can't even send out the right SIM card!
