They are by far the worst customer service centre I have ever dealt with. I eventually wrote to the MD and that got things moving. I have called thois week and spoken to 4 different advisors and each tells me the problem is sorted. It isn`t. Don`t touch them with a barge pole. I am due to change in October and i`m going. They forget they have competition now
