I rang up for a friend trying to unlock his iPhone PAYG as he had moved and no longer had a signal with O2. After 3 phone calls to customer services who gave out all sorts of different reasons for not unlocking the phone it was escalated to a manager. Eeeeek he was so rude and abnoxious that I cannot believe you are legally allowed to talk to customers in that way, it was shocking. Awful, awful service, I would never recommend them!
