I was on a contractwhich finished and went to pay as you go they sent my new sim card and I told the phone operator I had moved house he sent the sim card to my address.9 months later I received a letter from a dept agency saying i owed o2 10 pounds and I was a bad deptor this had gone on my experian account.When I phoned o2 they said they sent the final bill to my old address and as I didnt pay they had passed to a dept agency. They said there was nothing they could do and never apologized or nothing.
