Deeply Dissapointing

I have been with o2 business for over 7 years, as a self employed person (sole trader) small business holder, o2 was perfect to handle all communications for my business. 2 mobile phones, a landline, broadband and an internet stick, Perfect!

As the recession hit us badly, telephone bills were a challenge, my company would always clear the outstanding balance every month to avoid barring, on good trading months my company would clear outstanding month and current month invoices. O2 have assured me this was ok as long as I cleared my outstanding amount every month. However in february 2013 my company was late paying the outstanding so fair enough my services were barred, my company cleared the outstanding amount and the bar was lifted, lifted form the mobile phones and internet stick only, not the landline or broadband. my business has not had the landline service restored at all and the date today is 17-may-2013.

O2 or as should say the staff keep reminding me that I have cleared my outstanding balance only, so the computer has decided that I should not have my landline back on. Ridiculous! I have not changed my billing/payment behaviour for over 5 years why suddenly has O2 changed.

I have complaint 3 times, the worst thing is, O2 replied to my complaint to apologise for their error, Brilliant they've admitted that it was an error on their behalf and offered £50 which I refused and contradictory to their apology for their error they are blaming me for only clearing the outstanding for he month.

I have invoiced them for loss of earnings based on last years figures, I will probably have to take them to court, which ever way they will pay. I'm not letting them get away with this.
