Why are mobile phone companies so terrible at customer service?? I'm due an upgrade this month, in 22 days to be exact. Far from getting helpful advice on what my options are O2 won't talk to me until that date - what if I don't want to talk on that date? This date suits me better for advice thank you! After struggling to speak to someone I've finally found that O2 offer new customers a new, much better, tariff (called on&on) that I, as a loyal 8 year customer, am not allowed (although yesterday an O2 guy told me I could have it - totally misinformed!)This tariff is only available to try and lure customers from other phone companies - how lovely. However, I was told that if I "kick up a fuss" they may offer it to me if I'm lucky - errr excuse me, I don't want your 'new customer' offers and tariffs, I want a bright and shiney 'thank you for being with us for 8 years' offer with bells on!!!
