“Never go with o2!”

Was on what was meant to be an 18 month contract at £15 a month, would end up going over my bill a little bit practically every month and it wasn't always major. suddenly my bills were up to £70 some months, when I'd only gone over by £5! paid £10 of my bill because I wanted to get some paid and they claim to not have gotten it, yet it's on my debit card bill! they also claimed it was a 24 month contract and so I had to keep paying each month until it was over! final bill came to about £60 and when I phone o2 to discuss the fact that they should have received £10 they told me they'd charged an extra £2, were they going to tell me this if I hadn't phoned?! no. now I have to wait for them to send me a letter in regards to the £10 that THEY owe ME, then I have to fax my phone bill to them as proof THEN I have to wait and see if they accept it! they blocked my phone about 2 months before it was supposedly due to end!! and on top of that, a crazy landline bill for having to spend a lot of time on hold. utterly ridiculous, skeezes!
