Ordered my Sansung phone, absolutely no problems, when it came it was missing the phone holder. Phoned customer service while phone was charging and was asked for my number, reply sorry this number does not exist. Ok heres my order number, can you give me your password, yes, sorry thats not the password for this number. My reply I thought you said the number does not exist. I mean order number sorry, so you can see my order so you must be able to see my number ? yes I can, can you tell me your mothers maiden name. Yes ...... thats not what we have on our system,
All I want to do is see when my mobile phone holder is coming can you just look and find out please,I will put you on hold while I check, 12 minutes later I gave in.
Phoned again same useless response,10 minutes later down went the phone. I then phoned to cancel my contract, I was asked why so I explained, Thankfully I was given the answer to my question It took 2 minutes, the phone number I gave was correct and I was told I dont understand why you couldnt get an answer.
O2 Customer Services are the biggest bunch off NUMPTIES you will ever come across in your life.
