Basically Ive had bad experiences of customer service with o2 throughout my 2 year contract, emails were not replied to and queries weren't resolved. the last straw was when I contacted them to end my pay monthly contract as it was up for renewal. I spent at one point 50 minutes talking to an o2 advisor the other day who was very rude and called me 'confused' he didnt explain anything and didnt seem to/want to understand the query, nevertheless her advised it had been cancelled. The next day I spoke to another adivsor to check that my phone had been cancelled, she checked and said it hadnt, but advised she would do it, I also cancelled my direct debit and advised her to make a note of it on the system. so what the hell was the original advisor doing for 50 minutes?? I wont use o2 again. Im stuck as to who to use now! ;(
