Unhelpful staff in both stores and on the phone. Seem to have been trained to make it as difficult as possible to rectify THEIR mistakes which are ensuring increased money going incorrectly into their account. And of course 5p a minute to hang on to the call centre; very clever money-making scheme given the only route to do anything.
