The customer service at O2 is terrible! They completely misslead me on my recent upgrade and then tried to charge me £100 to cancel my contract, which a different service advisor then said was £70. I am devestated and feel my trust has been completely abused. As soon as I can I will be cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.

That's terrible. Well juts don't be tempted to go to Orange instead. They are even worse. I've been with them for 8 years and they keep overcharging, promising to refund then not doing so. I finally got my PUC code out of them and have left, but I am still trying to get back money that they owe me. They admit they owe me Btw, they just keep making 'mistakes' on my account. Basically I think they just cynically hope you'll give up and go away.
